Join us for this year's . . .
June 18 - 22, 2018
We all enjoy Devil’s Lake State Park for its natural beauty, unique geology, and many recreational opportunities. It takes a lot of effort, however, to maintain the Park. Park staff accomplish a lot, but there is always more that needs to be done than resources allow.
That’s where YOU can help by participating in a “volunteer vacation” at Devil’s Lake in June 2018.
What is a Volunteer Vacation?
A volunteer vacation involves about 12 volunteers joining the staff at Devil's Lake to work together on projects to improve the park. The volunteers and Friends of Devil's Lake (FODL) leaders will camp together at the Park's group campsite. The week starts out with the volunteers meeting on Sunday night, then work days Monday through Friday, and the volunteers departing Saturday morning. All meals are provided at no extra cost for the entire week (from Sunday night through Saturday morning).
Participating in a volunteer vacation will certainly allow you to experience the Park in a way that few others can––with folks that share your deep interest in Devil's Lake. Warning . . . the friendships and experiences you gain in one short week will last a lifetime!
Cost: $25 for FODL Members, $50 for Non-members
To Sign Up: Click on the link below. Then, scroll down to the bottom of the page to fill out the form to register.
